Window-based User Interface for Video
Preview.
A windowed user-interface with live video preview and easy to access camera settings is
available.
The current video format available are:
Possible video[image] sizes are: 160x120, 320x240, 640x480
Possible bit depth is: 24.
Possible format is: uncompressed RGB (BMP), JPG, GIF, TIF, PCX and PNG.
Taking Snap Shots.
Acceptable/Modified Pictures can be saved directly into your database.
Text Overlay.
Program-specified text can be overlaid on pictures. You can select text color,
opaque or transparent backgrounds, font, font size, and many other options.
Access to Camera Settings.
Modify brightness, contrast, hue, exposure, image size, and many other camera
settings from inside the software using camera settings dialog.
Database support.
A comprehensive fields structure comprising of ID No, Name, Date of Birth, Age, Place of birth,
Join date, Educational Qualifications, Experience, Position/Purpose, Permanent Address, Contact
Address, Tele Nos., Fax Nos., Contact person, Job Profile and Results.
Some of these
fields are special RICHTEXT MEMO FIELDS with each field having its own internal EDITOR.
Each Rich Text memo field specified above implements a Win32 rich edit control with many
additional in-place and popup text editor options.
Each Rich Text memo field specified above also has the capacity to accept dropped files
directly from the Windows Explorer. Text [*.txt], Rich Text Files [*.rtf] and Document
Files [*.doc] are accepted by the field. Each memo field has the capacity to hold a maximum
of 8000 characters.
A comprehensive locate facility
based on queries for finding/locating files[s] is available. A list of Easy Predefined Queries
has been provided which you can use as is or modify as needed. Very little knowledge of
Sequential Query Language is essential to develop queries. You can also find files based on
any word[s] which you have entered in the Rich Text Memo fields.
Hint Manager and Help Facility.
The software comes with a Hint Manager which can be activated, manipulated, deactivated by
the user. Online context sensitive help with snapshot details is available for ease of
operation and optimum use of the software.
Compact and Repair Database facility.
You can use the in-built compact and repair database facility to compress, repair
and refresh the indexes in your database.
