Perspedge implements the following functions at the Distributor’s end.   A ready format flag wise is presented on screen with Checklist Box selection facility for easy entry.

  The order can be modified anytime with due reference to demand, new schemes, discounts offered.
  Advertisement of Best selling / New products etc.

  The order gets zipped and sent via an e-mail making it very cost effective. Personal messages can be attached.
  Distributor can create a Breakage and Expiry Form for claims. This too has value calculation facility and goes as an e-mail.

E’rec implements the following functions at the CFA’s end.
  The Order / Breakage / Expiry Form [be it from the Online or Offline Module] presents itself as an e-mail with the Distributors Code, Order No., and the value attached to it.
  The CFA has to simply Drag & Drop the order / expiry attachment in the drop zone available at his end of the software.
  The order opens in front of him flag wise along with the value calculation.
  A printout can be taken immediately either of the entire order or flag wise.
  The order can be modified at CFA's end in accordance with current stock position.
  On the other hand an order can be created on behalf of distributor by the CFA while Pushing Mid-Month and Month-end Sales.
  Orders of the same distributor can be combined and a single printout can be taken, saving lot of time, paper and facilitating easy and accurate dispatches.
  An order receipt confirmation can be sent to distributor.
  The breakage and expiry form also comes as an e-mail and is completely editable.
Since this reaches almost immediately the matter can be pursued with the courier for delivery on time and claims settled quickly.
  A flag wise total of total claims is made available between two dates for sales incentive calculations and inventory management.
  CFA can view all previous Orders as well as Breakage/ Expiry forms.
