A comprehensive locate facility based on queries for finding/locating entries is available in the Address Book. A list of Easy Predefined Queries has been provided which you can use as is or modify as needed. Very little knowledge of Sequential Query Language is essential to develop queries.
You can also import Selected Entries From Cell Phone Book to SMSync Address Book.
  Favorite Messages [Regular use messages].
You can store your commonly used messages, so as to prevent the retyping of the same. Once you add all your messages here, you can access them when sending SMS messages by pressing the F11 Global hot key.

CRM version of SMSync is available in two versions, with and without threading.
